Bringing Out

the Best Talent In All

Welcome to the
Adult Training Facility

Our program helps individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism contribute their talents to the community by utilizing a holistic approach to community inclusion and building social, physical, emotional, and life skills.

About ATF

Promoting Meaningful Community Contribution

The Adult Training Facility (ATF) started in 1993. At the ATF, individuals have the opportunity to work on daily living skills, social development, communication, functional academics, community integration, physical exercise, computer skills, pre-vocational and vocational training.

Individuals at the Washington location volunteer for organizations such as the Meals-On-Wheels program, The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, Christian Outreach, Salvation Army Chapel, The Washington County Food Bank, and Stepping Stones, to name a few. At our Greene location, individuals volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program and Direct Results.

The Adult Training Facility is licensed under the Office of Developmental Programs, and the Older Adult Daily Living Program is licensed by the Department of Aging.
